Repairs may be cancelled before work begins. Diagnostic fees may apply.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if repair work has not commenced or required parts are unavailable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Diagnostic charges.
• Special-order parts.
• Labor charges after repair commencement.

4. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court of Chhattisgarh.
