pamgarhlaptop.repair (“Website”) is owned and operated by Innovative Circuit Labs, located at Shop No. 9, Atal Complex, Pamgarh, Chhattisgarh, India. Innovative Circuit Labs is the sole legal entity responsible for billing, repair services, diagnostics, device handling, and maintenance of this Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Submission of any form through this Website constitutes a valid electronic agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. GST Compliance

All applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) shall be charged in accordance with Indian GST laws. GST invoices, where applicable, shall be issued by Innovative Circuit Labs in compliance with statutory requirements.

3. Digital Invoice Validity

Electronic invoices and digital receipts generated by Innovative Circuit Labs shall constitute legally valid financial documents under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable tax laws.

4. Repair Estimates

All estimates are provisional and subject to change upon detailed technical diagnosis.

5. Limitation of Warranty

Warranty, if provided, applies only to specific repaired components and does not cover unrelated device issues, accidental damage, liquid damage, or external tampering. Warranty terms shall be communicated at the time of service completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability of Innovative Circuit Labs is limited strictly to the repair charges paid. The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Arbitration

Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Chhattisgarh, India.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Chhattisgarh.
